today's project

I'm not bothering to post photos of the huge batch of chili I made last night (another two-potter) because you've seen it all before. Last night's chili was Project #2 of three culinary projects this weekend. Today, the focus is on beer-batter salmon and hush puppies. Using salmon instead of the standard cod (or tilapia, the poor man's cod) might prove dicey, but I'm hopeful that the result will be especially savory.
