Happy September! At these office functions, I always serve too much, so there are always leftovers. I often take those leftovers home, although sometimes—like yesterday—a coworker will ask for some food to be bagged up. I bagged up enough for two people (coworker + fiancée), but I still had plenty to take home with me. Today's lunch was, as a result, more spaghetti plus the final huge meatball. Tonight's dinner was a slightly amped-up caprese: you'll note the addition of dry Italian sausage (John Cook) to the mix.
