Self-identifying leftist Dr. John Pepple of the blog I Want a New Left has written a great postmortem of the Kavanaugh confirmation. That first paragraph, in particular, is worth a read, and consistent with what someone with a background in philosophy would suggest to the left. Plato would've been proud.
