The human skateboard:
That appears to be a type of stop-motion animation. I wince at the thought of how much pain the actor playing the skateboard had to endure. (Although, upon closer examination, I think there might be more to the VFX than I'd originally thought. It could be that the skateboarder is actually standing on a board, with the "underfoot" actor being added in later, and not having to endure being stood upon.)
