the April 17 meal plan

I did a good bit of shopping today for the meal I'll be serving on April 17 (this coming Friday). Barring any emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, the menu will be as follows:

• brisket sandwiches with homemade bread, barbecue sauce, and chimichurri
• baked beans with bacon and franks
• cole slaw
• corn slaw

Along with walking down to Bundang tomorrow (I had too many errands to do the walk today), I'll be creating the homemade BBQ sauce and attempting to test-bake some ciabatta-like buns for use with the brisket. We'll see how that goes.
