Here's CNN's Don Lemon basically doing what the actor did in that comedic sketch:

All hail Sheriff David Clarke, who showed remarkable restraint in the face of stupidity. Lemon was lucky to end that encounter without getting a few holes drilled into his fucking skull. And whatever a person might think of the Prager U. channel, I'm glad Prager U. gave Clarke the chance to have the last word.
