Jeju, normally behind the peninsula in terms of weather because of its subtropical climate, seems to have beaten Seoul in the "first snow of the year" game. Impossaurus!
(Or did it snow here while I was away?)
ADDENDUM: In rereading the piece, I see that the snow occurred on Mount Halla, at altitude. I assume the rest of Jeju is still warmer than most of the mainland.
No snow in Seoul yet, but it did snow on Seoraksan a few weeks ago.
