Given my history with commas, I'd say that's pretty damn impressive.<br /><br />As to #5, couldn't the sentence be written correctly without commas this way: <br /><br />Silas's cat and dog scampered over with Silas's wife's eyeballs in their mouths.<br /><br />I got it wrong on your quiz because the "also his" seemed redundant and superfluous.
