Seems the phrase "mind over matter" does matter quite a bit to athletes like her (watch the short documentary about her on the site) and ultra marathoners and those running/biking/swimming ultra triathlons, or those odd ducks running numerous marathons day after day for a set period of time. Personally, just riding my bicycle for 30 miles in one day every weekend is getting harder and harder on my aging body.
