I was blessed with a liking for hiking, which is why, during my sedentary "fat period," I often asked myself why the hell I wasn't out there walking. It's not as though there's a shortage of mountains in Korea.

I've reached a point where it's becoming harder to want to ingest bad-for-you foods. I'm actually starting to feel a mite guilty about stuffing pizza and other carbs into myself, although I don't feel quite guilty enough to have cut the bad things completely out of my diet. In fact, a rebellious part of my mind keeps asserting that, since I'm losing weight without having changed my diet all that much, there's no real reason for me to change my diet at all. But I know, intellectually, that that's nonsense: ultimately, I'm going to have to start eating healthier so that my dietary habits aren't working against my exercise habits.

Good luck with your own efforts; for a long time, I was envying you! And from what I gather, you really haven't fallen that far off the wagon; it won't take much for you to get back on track.Kevin Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01328790917314282058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5541500.post-66737889508142748172014-09-21T19:24:06.945+09:002014-09-21T19:24:06.945+09:00I'm really envious of your motivation and succ...I'm really envious of your motivation and success. Perhaps you'll be my inspiration to rededicate myself to diet and exercise. I think a key factor is that you actually enjoy your exercise routine, so it's not so much a chore (although I know it's still hard work). Anyway, good job!Johnhttp://www.mccrarey.comnoreply@blogger.com
