But, I'...Long underwear is a possible solution. But, I've found that long underwear move, shift, and bunch under most other pants and can become uncomfortable over a distance. I would recommend some flannel lined pants. I have a pair of trousers from LL Bean that are flannel lined and they do just the trick.
