The Marmot, now at his newest, deepest hole, offers a pic of ddeok-mandu-guk from the Brown Broth School. Look and drool.
I'm going to buy some ingredients tonight after work and see if I can photoblog the recipe I laid out before. The results won't be nearly as pretty-looking as what you see at the Marmot's or at Wooj's site, but the soup will be delish.
