My K'eun Adjoshi hasn't yet decided on when he's doing his renovation, which promises to be hellaciously expensive. Everything's being revamped-- pipes, wiring, walls, windows, the whole mess. I'm trying to persuade him to let me stay in the residence until I move out close to April 25. It's the cheapest and easiest solution for me. He's resisting the idea, but contemplating it.
I understand his dilemma: time is money, and it's better to renovate now as opposed to later because his property isn't exactly generating cash. The upstairs neighbors have moved out, leaving only yours truly. The Squatter.
Will gentle persuasion work? Will I be able to hunker down here another three or so weeks? Stay tuned.
