Daehee, now in Korea, has some insights about the sweet science here and here (perhaps of interest to Arn: Daehee touches on the issue of studying different techniques, something of which I think Arn, himself a martial artist, is a big fan).
Film junkies remember the Marine Corps motto from Clint Eastwood's "Heartbreak Ridge": Improvise, Adapt, Overcome. I'm a believer in that motto myself. Maybe I should practice writing that one in Chinese. Can it be turned into a three-character string?
