landed, but not here

My folks are stuck in the airport at Incheon, awaiting their luggage, which is taking its sweet time over from Japan.

Mom and Dad'll be grabbing an AAFES military shuttle to Yongsan once they're all clear, so I imagine I'll be hearing from them later this evening.

In the meantime, I'll note that I was in a public toilet stall at Smoo earlier today, and some dude barged in to use the pisser. He suddenly began humming Darth Vader's theme, a.k.a. The Imperial March. I'm guessing the guy wasn't Korean: not too many Star Wars fans on the peninsula. East Asians have their own long, well-established science fiction traditions; I'm not sure how much they relate to our sci-fi sensibilities.
