Joe Seoul Man scooped the entire expat Koreablogger community (the bigwigs, anyway) a couple days back when he wrote a post on a very important subject: the legalization of miniskirts and other skin-revealing clothing items.
This means that, up to now, the Nomad's Girl Wednesdays and Joel's (erstwhile) Girl Mondays have, technically, featured girls dressed illegally.
