My biggest irritation arises from the fact that, when I logged into my Comcast account and checked my connection status, the indicator read "Connected" despite the fact that this wasn't the case. In fact, a phone call to Comcast eventually brought me to a recorded voice that said that there was still a service outage in my area, that people were working on it, and that no definite time frame for restoring of service was available. How to explain the disparity in information? Very frustrating.
