My promised paycheck-- the one for the 36 proofreading hours I worked last pay period-- still hasn't arrived. I've written the Big Boss in hopes of obtaining the tracking number of the package in question... while I've seen some action in terms of emailed correspondence, no one has yet produced that number. So I guess we wait, and hope that the package will arrive tomorrow. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, I'm going to have a negative balance this week once my $750 rent check is cashed.
And won't THAT suck, boys and girls? Woo-hoo!
