the irony

The irony of being hired by the Catholic University of Daegu is that I never once visited the campus. My only contact with CUD's faculty has been through email and a lone Skype interview.

I needn't have gone to Korea at all, it seems. Not sure whether this is funny or sad. All that money... all that time...

    Kevin, I read all your posts, met all your friends, saw all your sights, ate all your meals.

    I never saw Korea before.

    It was not wasted on me.
