Melbourne, Australia: Australia's second city may not have the glamour of Sydney, but its colonial heritage and multicultural dynamism more than compensates.
I have no idea what the statistics are like, but I'm pretty sure I would be able to claim a prize for "Most Drive-By Comments" (where someone comes along and leaves a quick succession of comments sprayed across a series of posts).
