I made another batch of
oi-kimchi—an even better batch this time—and paired it up with the remains of my chicken curry. The photos below show this evening's dinner, prepared in almost the same way that I had prepped yesterday's awesome lunch at the Golden Goose. Hover your cursor over the images to read the captions.
I had been hesitant to make this curry at first: normally, I add peas. This time around, all I added were diced carrot, cubed potato, garlic, onion (minced), and basil (along with heavy cream, ginger, chili flakes, and a bit of salt). Didn't miss the peas at all.
Another fine meal.
