Is the program exhorting you to be more active? Or is that the message for everyone. Can you tell the program to shut the hell up and you'll be as active as you damned well please?
Yeah, it's annoying. Normally, I get a "Be More Active" message partway through my day when I reach the 50% level in terms of "active minutes" (which I had set at a very low 45 minutes). I'm guessing that the exhortation, on this screen, is just a generic imperative to be more active—it's not specific to that particular situation (in which, as you see, I had walked for 468% of my slated 45 minutes.

AND A NEW RULE (per this post): comments critical of Trump's lying must include criticism of Biden's or Kamala's or some prominent leftie's lying on a one-for-one basis! Failure to be balanced means your comment will not be published.
