Saturday dinner

Pan-fried salmon, asparagus, and mushrooms on a bed of fluffy, buttered couscous. Very simple; very little to do in the way of prep. Frying involved olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, and a spritz of lemon juice on the salmon. Twas most brillig and frabjous.
