The boss is on a get-out-of-the-office kick. None of us really enjoys being confined in a windowless corner room, just the three of us, eight hours a day, every single weekday. So, feeling antsy, the boss has taken us out to restaurants in town a few times—mostly to places in Itaewon, were non-Korean food is easiest to find. We'll be heading out for a late lunch today; the boss says this is in honor of my birthday, which is a kind gesture. He also says he'd like to make the lunch outings a once- or twice-a-month thing. I'm not complaining.
I believe we're going to hit Casablanca today; I've heard the place has great chicken sandwiches. Am looking forward to imminent deliciousness.
