Saw these at the grocery and decided to buy them. For scientific research. They both purport to be servings of the same stew, budae-jjigae, but given how different the photos look on those packages, I have to wonder how similar they are in quality. We'll soon find out.

Dude, the one with the Johnsonville sausage is obviously going to be better! If only because "Johnsonville" is too perfect a name for a sausage brand.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I thought, too—and it was, but not by much. Let's put it this way: the non-Johnsonville stew was positively horrible; the Johnsonville stew was passable. I'll be writing a fuller report soon.
