today-sah raahnchie

For today's office lunch, I served bacon mac and cheese plus "Kobb" salad. Everything was a hit. My thanks to Iron Chef Mike Symon for his pasta recipe, and thanks to Ree Drummond for her ranch-dressing recipe, which may have been more of a hit than the mac and cheese. A coworker took the pics you see below; I had completely forgotten to take any.


Don't complain about the metal spoon in the non-stick pan. I was gentle.
