Good coverage at ROK Drop of former president Park Geun-hye, who was sentenced to 24 years in prison for corruption and various abuses of power. As GI Korea notes, it's doubtful that Park will be in jail that long, but I'll be curious to see how much time she will have to serve. Park's witchy associate Choi Sun-shil was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Choi should have gotten more jail time than Park, given Choi's role as puppet master.
