I ended up feeling a very "Tampopo" vibe while watching this video, which is a quiet reminder that, whatever you do in life, do deeply.

    Thanks for this post. Being a cook, I am fascinated by expert technique. Having celiac disease, I was grateful to learn that soba is gluten free.
