I've watched enough Almazan Kitchen videos, at this point, to have figured out the guy's shtick and to know, roughly, what sort of product he's going to put out. It's gotten to the point where there's a certain sameness about his food, but every once in a while, a video will come along that takes me back to the early days, when I was still hypnotized by the Serbian chef's technique. Here, lads, is one such video, a love song to pork belly if ever there was one:
