I went for a brief morning walk Thursday morning. This walk took me to the little path by the town's "port," which is really a modest launching point for some of the boats used to ply the local marshland. I was once again charmed by the neighborhood's architecture; there's something picturesque around every corner in Le Vanneau-Irleau. I also tried to get a picture of two horses getting ready to get it on, but I think they got embarrassed when they saw me, so I ended up catching them staring at me with equal measures of guilt and annoyance.
