I swear that, by embedding the following video, I'm not dipping my toe back into politics. The video you see below is about the meeting of a young, ambitious, blind, seventeen-year-old Russian girl who wants to become a journalist one day, and who finds herself face to face, so to speak, with Vladimir Putin. What amused me the most—and this is the only politics I'll inject in this post—is how the girl asks Putin whether she can "see" him by touching his face. She coos that the president is handsome, and I couldn't help thinking this is the exact mirror image of something that might happen with Creepy Uncle Joe Biden. Uncle Joe generally likes to initiate the touching, you see.
