Charlie Martin, writing for PJ Media, gives us an update on the progress of the coronavirus, plus some information about the virus's properties and tendencies. In all, there's little for Western countries to freak out about, so long as people continue to practice commonsense infection-control measures. Martin refers to that Johns Hopkins chart that I mentioned in an earlier post. And an expert shares my sentiment that this is China's Chernobyl.
Had our first death from the virus in the Philippines. A Chinese man died in Manila. Seeing lots of folks who can afford/find masks wearing them. If you have a connecting flight here that stops in China, Hong Kong, or Macau you are basically screwed. Some poor guy got sent back upon landing yesterday. And life goes on!
