already here!? (stay tuned)

I got a text notification saying that both of the items I had ordered from GMarket—a kilo of pepperoni and a pasta roller—have already arrived.  I went to GMarket's website to confirm delivery status, and both items registered as "Delivered."  I'll believe it when I see it, but if both my items really are at my apartment, I'll be pretty impressed:  that's some fast service.

Chronology:
June 9: ordered
June 10: shipped
June 11: delivered

Stay tuned.  I have to confirm that this miracle really occurred.

  1. In certain major urban areas, Amazon.com delivers the same day by 9pm in select areas. My brother lives in one of those areas and can order as late as 3pm and get his order by 8pm.

By the way, that latest Tim Pool video really tore into South Koreans for their racist tendencies. I just wonder when the netizen backlash will begin.

  2. Yeah, I know about Amazon's same-day service, so you can understand why I find GMarket's delivery astonishing. I had expected to wait a week.

I wonder whether Tim Pool even registers in the South Korean public consciousness. If there is a backlash, that'll be hilarious.
