There's a YouTube channel that's been rising in popularity (or at least rising in my algorithm-driven recommendations) called Tasting History, which is a cooking channel about food from the past, with a concentration on old Europe, especially its medieval period, but also on other eras. The presenter, Max Miller, adopts a humorous style that takes the viewer through the history of the food in question.
