ADDENDA:
1. Some respondents on Twitter are remarking that the above video dates from months ago, at the beginning of the BLM/Antifa riots.
2. Other respondents are contradicting the driver's contention that the boards signify window damage: in some cases, the boards had been put up preemptively.
These are both legitimate observations.
