"Zero Cool" obviously means zero degrees centigrade, i.e., officially and scientifically cold, there being no "cool" left in it. It's fricking cold! Considered from another perspective, zero cool is the transition point between water as a liquid and water as a solid (or vice-versa). Or culturally considered, "ZC" is the appropriate temperature for what is often called "room temperature," approximated in Korea by opening doors and windows in late December, early January.
