The one about the banned straws made me chuckle. For whatever reason, I've become an observer of litter. I remember last year at this time, seeing a mask amongst the trash was so unusual I'd take a photo. These days I'd say masks are the dominant form of litter. I can be on a trail in the middle of nowhere and come across a discarded mask. I suppose they are more biodegradable than most of the other trash I see at least.
