Maybe my appetite is coming back. That's bad news because I start my austerity this coming Saturday (doctor's appointment on Thursday, last-hurrah cheat day on Friday, then two months of pain and suffering).
Are you going to continue watching food channels on YT once austerity begins? If it were me, they would drive me crazy. I would constantly be thinking about how I wanted to make and eat everything.

ReplyDeleteI can watch food channels and think of keto alternatives. They're out there, and some of them are even tolerable.
