a suspicion

The local Costco sells blanched almond flour, which is a huge ingredient in keto recipes that replace regular pasta. It also sells unfiltered apple-cider vinegar, which is another biggie among the low-carb set. It's enough to make me wonder just how many people in Korea—foreigners and expats—are actually on the keto diet. This is worth exploring. Next time I'm at Costco, I'll see what other keto ingredients I can find. 

Of course, Costco's bakery section hasn't shrunk any....
