Nothing but a keto shake this morning, and I have to make up for not doing my requisite exercises yesterday. Tonight's going to be fun as I combine a 140-minute walk with 26 floors' worth of stairs (plus 2 days' worth of resistance training). Double plus ungood.
Am really starting to look forward to the upcoming walk, now, because I'll be able to eat somewhat more freely while still losing a good bit of weight. I definitely want to be in the 90-some-kilogram range by the time I get back. Wouldn't it be nice to hit my goal weight by the end of this year as opposed to waiting until sometime next year? I mean, I'm fine with going slow, but long walks usually result in rapid weight loss.
Meanwhile, I really do have to work on how I'm going to keep the carbs out of my diet post-walk. I may have to go hard keto and restrict myself to 20 grams of carbs per day, which is going to be painful, but doable. Or maybe there's some other way. Still thinking.
