low-carb spaghetti sauce

The tomato sauce was unsweetened when I put it together (tomato paste + water + leftover passata), but I added a bit of liquid Stevia to it. I have powdered Stevia, which I almost never use these days ever since I realized how horrible it tasted, but the liquid Stevia seems okay thus far.

The huge chunks of fungus come courtesy of the king-oyster mushroom.
