For no reason I can fathom, I had over 2100 site visits yesterday. Was it because of the "Scott Pilgrim" review? We'll never know, and Blogger's site-stats software isn't fine-grained enough to show me why all these people suddenly came flocking to my blog. (Sometimes, I miss SiteMeter back before the site went insane. It had all sorts of metrics.) Today, I appear to be back to my normal traffic of around 400 to 600 daily unique visits. Just like that, the spigot that was gushing is back to just a drip. Who knows what motivates the crowds?
