I keep teasing that I'll be talking more about my current health project at the end of the month, but for now, suffice it to say that I've had several days in a row where my carb count was under 10 g per day, which is revolutionary for me. Not sure what that means for weight loss yet, but we'll know more by the end of the month. Hang on tight; I will indeed be talking about this further after my March 31 doctor's appointment is done.
