That was interesting. As a former vaper, I can attest that it was much easier on the lungs than cigarette smoke. Vaping was also the only method that worked in my becoming a non-smoker. Unfortunately, after 20 years of inhaling smoke, the lung damage was done and I still suffer from the consequences.
I'm glad to be free of the nicotine addiction and the hassle and expense of vaporizing that drug for inhalation.
You're to be admired for having the will to quit something so addictive. Some of us are still trying to wean ourselves off food, especially the sweet and carby stuff.
