the lat-pulldown machine

I saw the lat-pulldown machine again, today, and decided to take a picture of it, after which I blasted out fifty reps, experimenting a bit by lifting my feet off the ground to make sure I was lifting my full bodyweight. That actually added some difficulty to the exercise because I had to use the whole chain of muscles along the front of my core to keep my feet up. Didn't change the difficulty of the pulldowns any; cranking out fifty reps was almost as easy as doing thirty.
