During the very last part of tonight's walk, some crazy old bitch called out something in Korean to me, then supplemented it with "Heathen!" in English. Last I checked I was a Presbyterian, but maybe God or Satan gave the old biddy some sort of deep insight into the state of my soul. At first, I could have sworn she was saying "Joongyohan saram" ("important person") in Korean, but by calling me a heathen in English (which is both hilariously archaic and pretty fuckin' rude), I'm pretty sure I misheard whatever her Korean utterance was. I ended up just waving dismissively and walking past her. Maybe I should feel blessed. I haven't been accosted out of the blue by crazy people in years. The incident brings back memories.
