It's midnight, and my back seems to be a lot better than it had been Wednesday morning. I'll be heading into the office Thursday, but first, I'll stop by the local Seolseong Mokjang meat market (located in the Classia building, where I used to work), which also happens to sell legitimate hamburger buns. The buns come in these 3-pack bags, and since I have a 2-patty veggie-burger set that I'll be trying out for lunch, I decided to add a third burger of my own making: a shrimp burger. Ought to be yummy. There might be pictures.
Frankly, I'm not expecting much from the burgers, which I ordered off Coupang. It's an unfamiliar brand called Unlimeat, which sounds pretty Konglishy to me. Or who knows? Maybe I'll be proven wrong. In such cases, though, it's best to keep expectations low. Pray for me. This could get ugly. Meanwhile, I'm still holding out for the Impossible Burger.
