This lady is a fantastic teacher! She mentions stuff about working your way to doing your first pullup that I haven't seen from any other trainer on YouTube. The hollow-body hold? I've never heard that mentioned anywhere else. And while I have heard people talk about scapular motion as a way to develop back muscles, this instructor's explanation of the dos and don'ts is by far the clearest I've ever come across. She also confirms something I did in my college days, when I could actually do pullups: start with negatives—they're the best way to get a pullup's range of motion without doing actual pullups. Just wow. I'd love to have this lady as my personal trainer. She knows what she's talking about. I don't normally embed exercise vids, but this one is really cool from a teacher's perspective.
