In terms of my diet, this past weekend was great. I definitely behaved myself, and I can feel the difference. No difficulty breathing, no skeletal hand around my heart. But in terms of walking, well... I didn't bother, despite having made certain promises.* So right now, as I'm leaving the office, I'm off to do a four-hour walk out to a spot just past the Jamshil Bridge and back. It's supposed to start raining around 8 p.m., so I may swing by my place to pick up a rain jacket. Or I might not: rain gear or no, I always end up soaked.

*I could chalk this up to the fact that, when cutting my toenails, I caused a few bleeders that had to be bandaged up. Highly inconvenient. But that would just be excuse-making.
