Alex, formerly of the channel French Guy Cooking but now on the channel simply called Alex, shows off a boeuf bourguignon recipe that comes from his grandmother and uses, among other things, a cut of meat that sure looks an awful lot like the arong-satae cut (center-heel of shank) that I talked about in this post.
Encouraging to see the cut being used in the way I'd imagined it could be used.
